Product characteristics:

Js6-SLFR-7 is a high-efficient,neo-type,and environmental friendly fire retardant of triazinyl series.It takes Phosphor and Nitrogen as it's active ingredient and does not contain Halogen and Sb2O3.So it meets the environmental requirement for low-smoke and no-Halogen by Europe and America.

The fire-retarding mechanism of SLFR-7 is using the theory of heat-gathering to form incombustible gas,special chemical reaction andinflation to shape a protective charcoal layer so as to achieve fire-retardation.

Js6-SLFR-7 is an economical safe and environmental friendly fire retardant with the following properties:

1,Superior heat stability,durability and climate-endurability;

2,A good compatibility with high polymer;

3,No causticity and little influence to various properties of fire-retarding materials;

4,Low toxicity(LD50 or rat >4000mg/kg).It never produces toxic halogen hydride while burning as comparing to traditional frie retardant of bromine series and can be used in all stages of manufacturing.

5,Its additive cost is lower that that of traditional one.

Usage:

It is inflated-type fire retardant suitable to use in thermosetting and thermoplastic plastic formula,especially PUR and also be widely used in PBT,PET,PA.
