Water injection pump is indispensable for high and stable offtake during middle and final stages of petroleum production . We have independently developed CZSB type standard pressure injection pumps , ZYZSB supercharging pumps and GZYZSB type inertial flow supercharging pumps to meet the requirements of water injection in different oilfield systems . The ZYZSB supercharging pumps and GZYZSB type inertial flow supercharging pumps have won patents from the State Patent Bureau with patent numbers being respectively ZL94247239. X and ZL96202047.8.

Working conditions :

1.Transfer media : water , oil or water-oil or water-oil mixtures .

2.Solid matter content (proportion by weight ) should not be greater than 0.05%

3.Media temperature should not be higher than 80℃;ambient temperature should be ±40℃.

4.the supply voltage should be 380±5%(standard ) , the frequency should be 50Hz(standard) . Seperate arrangement may be made if the customer uses frequency converter or has special requirements on the pump.

5. Inlet and outlet pressure : for standard pressure water injection pumps the inlet pressure should be 0-2MPa(sufficient liquid supply should be guaranteed .), for supercharging and inertial flow supercharging and inertial flow supercharging water injection pumps the inlet pressure should be 2-25MPa.
